We’ve always enjoyed the bizarre, the weird, true crime, and things that go bump in the night. So, one day, Beth picked up the phone to call her mom, Bettina ( probably for the 4th time that day if we are being honest) with a crazy idea.
“I think we can do this!” she told Bettina… ” we love chatting about these stories anyway! So, let’s get some microphones, pour some wine, chat like normal, but share it on a podcast!” Not exactly sure what she was signing up for – Bettina agreed. And, here we are! We want our listeners to feel like they are sitting around the kitchen island with us, having a cocktail, laughing and chatting with their friends. We want to share those crazy stories that fascinate us. We want it to feel personal. We want to laugh, cry, and share a “Killer Hangover” with each other, and all of you!
Hey there! I’m Beth — wife, mom of four amazing kiddos, dog mom, and lover of all things history, mystery, and maybe even a little spooky. What started as a fun creative outlet — a podcast I could squeeze in between mom life and coffee refills — quickly grew into something so much more.
I’ve always been fascinated by true crime, court cases, and the haunted corners of history, so I decided to put all that curiosity (and research obsession!) to good use behind the mic. What began as a hobby turned into a heartfelt mission the day I was contacted by a victim’s family member — their gratitude reminded me why these stories matter.
